If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days  
from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email support@ib-ip.com with your order number.  
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed  
to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
