Q: Can I add something to my order after it has been placed?

A: Once an order is placed, our warehouse begins processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, we are unable to add items to, amend, cancel, or combine orders once they have been submitted.
If you wish to purchase additional items, please place a new order. Unwanted items may be returned for a refund within 30 days in accordance with our return policy.

Q: Where is my order?
A: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. The carrier name and tracking number will also be available in your order status page.

Q: Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
A: Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are levied by local customs authorities and must be paid by the recipient in order for the package to be released.

Q: I returned my item but have not received an update.
A: Returns may take up to 20 business days to be processed after they are received at our facility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once processing is complete.

Q: Can I exchange my order for a different size or style?
A: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
